About Tammy
The Trainer
Behind the Practice.
Her Story
A Life Built Around Movement
Tammy Crump didn't stumble into Pilates — she was drawn to it. After years of movement work and a deep curiosity about how the body functions at its best, she found in Pilates a method that answered every question she'd been asking.
What began as a personal practice became a calling. Tammy pursued her training with the rigor and dedication she brings to every client session, earning her Master Trainer certification and building a reputation in the 850 area as an instructor who genuinely transforms the way people move.
She has spent years refining her craft — studying the classical method, learning from the best in the field, and developing an approach that is equal parts science and intuition. Every session she teaches carries the weight of that investment.

Teaching Philosophy
Movement as a Practice, Not a Performance
Tammy believes that Pilates is not about what your body looks like — it's about what it can do, how it feels, and how it carries you through your life. Her teaching is rooted in that conviction.
She meets every client exactly where they are. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, Tammy's approach is the same: careful observation, precise instruction, and an unwavering belief in your capacity to improve.
The results speak for themselves — but more than the physical transformation, it's the shift in how clients relate to their own bodies that Tammy finds most meaningful. That's the work she shows up for, every single day.
I don't teach Pilates. I teach people — and Pilates is the language we use.
